Now a day people used to live according to the fashion and life style whether it suits it or not. It cause problem to their health , as they used to eat junk food drink soft drinks other and other chemical added juice which may cause problem to their body resulting in gaining weight or other heart diseases like cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes, breathing problem etc. Weight gain or obesity can be described as fat calculated over body mass index of body with respect to height and weight.
Tips for losing weight by consuming various diet foods:
Have food rich in high protein value such as sprouts, pulses, egg, fish, low fat milk etc.
Have low calorie diet which decreases 4-5 pounds of weight per week such as food which has no fat or oil.
Do regular exercise and yoga with other activities like aerobics, playing, swimming etc.
After eating heavy diet always used t drink hot water so that fat present in that food does not assimilate into the body tissues otherwise it hinders the metabolism of digestion of food.
