Metabolism and weight loss

Whatever we eat or drink need to be digest so metabolism is the process of changing whole food and beverages which we intake into energy it mix with oxygen which is necessary for body building and function. In case when we are sleeping then also our body is in function such as breathing, digestion, filtration etc.

Metabolism depends on the food which we intake because more oily and junk food than slow the metabolism as a result we gain weight and we feel uneasy and indigestion. Gaining weight is the announcement of calling diseases in our body such as blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, heart failure, paralysis etc.

For weight loss one should do regular exercises, yoga, aerobic, swimming, morning walk and intake of low carbohydrate food which is easy to digest and give nutrition to the body. One should eat protein rich diet such as sprouted pulses, milk, green vegetables, fruits, eggs etc. these all food can be digested easily.  In order to eat low calories food and doing regular exercise you can maintain your body fit and healthy.

Erectile dysfunction in male or impotence

Erectile dysfunction is commonly known as impotence is a sexual health problem where men don’t have variation in erection.
Some man has no erection; some has inconsistency ability to have erection and other have brief erection. It is very often
problem found in men but some are shy to discuss it. This problem occur at any age mostly in elder age according to the data
analysis related to this problem it is found that 5% problem occur at the age of 40 years and 15 % of the problem occur at
the age of 75.It is because of in older age it took more time for erection as the desire of sex is somewhat low. But  they
still able to enjoy sex and have erection.

The cause of erectile dysfunction
    Erectile dysfunction can be cause by high blood pressure (hypertension), diabetes, smoking, stress and depression,
intake of tobacco and alcohol, fatigue less, stroke, multiple sclerosis, some bladder injury etc are the factor which causes male
 impotence.

How erectile dysfunction can be treated
   The treatment of this problem is treated according to what factor it is causing and can be diagnosed by the doctor and
has a proper medicine. Some medicine which is related to this problem are Generic Viagra, kamagra, generic levitra, silagra,
 sildenafil   etc. It is used only when your doctor suggest you after proper diagnosed. It is not a sin s go and discuss
 your problem with doctor because some people think that discussing sex problem is a sin.

Here are some tips to improve your hair quality and length wise:
* Wash your hair with herbal product only  avoid using alcoholic product which dried your hair.
* Keep on oiling twice a  week .
* If you are using dye then use cool setting.
* Do not use hair style product directly into     your scalp because it cause damage to your skin which cause dandruff and
 cause itching which create wound in your head as a result it damage your strengthen hair  and improve texture of your hair
* Use of chemical dye is harmful to hair and for natural conditioning use egg, mahdi, steam  your hair with warm towel
 which increases blood circulation and improve your hair growth.
* Do hair massage twice a week by applying herbal oil and head massage.
* Do not put oil for long time like a day or two because by this dust in the environment settle   down into our head which cause
 itching, hair fall and also pimple.
* Wash hair with Shekacai, Retha, Am la and mix with Mahdi also.
